Are you ready to feel better, sleep better,worry less and lose some weight?

Whole Life Challenge will work on 7 habits of well being and you will be guided through all of them using your phone or computer and the help of our staff.

Meeting Times:
Saturday, Jan. 19 (mandatory): 6:45-8:30am
Saturday, Jan. 26- Feb. 23: 6:45am -7:45am
Saturday, March 2: 6:45am - 8:30am

Meetings will include:
Discussion on one of the 7 habits
Q & A 

$139* includes on-line program fee, workouts, and guidance by our team
*This is fee for members of Montecito Health Club or those with an active series at The Studios Cycle & Core
Non-members: $179
