Montecito Heights offers personal training by appointment. Our trainers are nationally certified, friendly and creative. Personal Trainers provide excellent guidance and motivation for our members seeking an individualized workout session. Natalie Prunty, Certified Trainer

Specialties: Strength training, fat loss, hypertrophy, and nutrition

Certificates: PTAG Certified Personal Trainer, Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor, OFNC, BA Political Science

Fitness Philosophy: Our bodies are designed to move! Focus less on the destination and more on enjoying the process of getting stronger and building habits that help you truly find joy in the life you are living.

 

Conci Mack, Certified Trainer

Specialties: Those newer to strength training, older adult fitness, and functional training.
 

Certificates: B.A. Biology, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise is Medicine credential level 1, AEA certified Aquatic Fitness Professional.

Fitness Philosophy: To empower internal motivation to exercise regularly, eat well, and live a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle.

 

 

Debbie Beem, Certified Trainer

Specialties: Beginning exercisers and pre/post-natal women.
 

Certificates:  AS Animal Science and ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Instructor. Certified spin instructor.

Fitness Philosophy: Keep it fun and enjoy the rewards. A healthy lifestyle should not be obsessive but a natural course to maintain physical independence
