Muscle/Core Classes

You know you should lift weights because it:

  • Helps prevent osteoporosis
  • Increases your metabolism
  • Makes your arms look great in sleeveless shirts

But if spending 20 minutes three times a week in the weight room sounds more tortoueous than oral surgery, then join one of the club's many muscle conditioning classes.

The classes are designed for all levels and the club provides a variety of "torture tools" to keep the classes interesting and challenging.
