Group Exercise

We all know the importantance of exercise for physical, mental and emotional well-being. And we all know how difficult it can be to get out and do it on your own. So our group exercise classes are designed to motivate all levels of students and to offer a variety of classes so there is something for everyone.

Our 1000 sq. foot studio is dedicated soley for the purpose of group exercise and is designed with a suspended wood floor to provide extra spring and cushioning.

Classes have been moved outdoors under a tent on court# 2


All active members receive free access to the classes.
