Equipment for Rent

Need some dumbbells or a band? Maybe a yoga block or foam roller? The club is renting out some of our equipment so you can stay in shape during the Shelter in Place.

1)    How long will the club be closed? We don’t know but suspect at least through April 8 when the county Shelter in Place is due to be reassessed.

Boot Camp - Starts February 1

Boot Camp is an intense diet and exercise program designed to take your fitness to the next level and/or to drop those extra 10 lbs you can't seem to lose.

You must be in good health and currently exercising at least 3 times per week to participate in this boot camp.

Cost: $199

6-Week program with group workouts Saturdays at 6:00 am

February 1st – March 14th

Holiday Hustle

Cost to enter $10 includes: t-shirt, weekly prizes, and a chance to win a free month of dues.

Challenge participants are given raffle tickets based on how many activities they do per week. At the end of each week a member will be selected from a raffle drawing to win a prize pack. The more activities completed, the better your chances! Grand Prize: One Month Free Dues!

Power Yoga - New Class

Starts Sunday, September 8th, 10:15 am - 11:15 am, Instructed by Angela Fallon.

This athletic style of yoga will combine sequencing with free weights intensifying each yoga pose while mixing in strength training moves.

All levels welcome. 

Location: Health Club Group Ex Classroom.

Free to health club members.
