Boot Camp - Starts February 1

Boot Camp is an intense diet and exercise program designed to take your fitness to the next level and/or to drop those extra 10 lbs you can't seem to lose.

You must be in good health and currently exercising at least 3 times per week to participate in this boot camp.

Cost: $199

6-Week program with group workouts Saturdays at 6:00 am

February 1st – March 14th
