Montecito Lap Pool Schedule (subject to change)
The Lap Pool is 25 meters long and heated year round. Lap swimming, water running/walking and aquatic exercise is allowed at the lap pool. Children 12 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times while at the pool.
No life guard on duty.

Flamingo Pool Schedule (subject to change)
The Flamingo Pool is 25 meters and heated year round. Reservations are required during peak season (April/May — September/October).
Food/Beverage service is available seasonally and members may charge to their club account by presenting their membership card.

Masters Swim
An organized lap swim workout with coaching from Rick Niles and Dave Latourette. Workouts are of various lengths incorporating all strokes. Instruction will be given on stroke technique. This class is free and open to swimmers with some ability to swim 4 main strokes and enough cardio conditioning to swim for 60 minutes.
Aqua Aerobics
A non-impact aerobic and muscle-conditioning workout which takes place in both deep and shallow water. Equipment is used in this class which is provided by the club. Participants are encouraged to bring a water belt for the deep water exercises. Water Belts may be purchased at the front desk or on-line. Aqua aerobics is a great, safe, low impact, high energy workout.
