We offer small group training that focus on specific types of training and can be optimized in a group setting. We combine TRX with: BootCamp, Boxing, Circuit, Pilates and Strength. We even have one specially designed for Teens.
If you have a group or would like to join one, we can make it happen.
Small group training sessions are just $20 per session (must have a minimum of 3 persons per session - maximum of 6).
