FAMILY FITNESS is designed for youth that are not yet old enough to work out alone at the club (13 years) but old enough to want to work out!
This program is for kids 10-12 years old.
What is it?
A one hour session with child, parent/guardian and one of our fitness trainers. The trainer will teach the child proper form and technique for weight training specific to their body size and needs.
What happens after that?
After going through the 1-hour training the child can work out on the weight room floor with their parent.
$20 for children on the family membership
$45 for children not on the membership (guest fees apply each time child uses the club thereafter)
