Health Club and Pool
Cancellation Policy Because Spa treatments are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. 50% of the value of your treatment will be charged for cancellations or changes within 24 hours. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled treatment or no-shows will be charged full value. We require at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reshedule package or group bookings. Same day appointments are non-cancelable and are charged full value if cancelled.
We care about your comfort and safety Please let your provider know if you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions or considerations. Keep in mind that many of our treatments are physical in nature, meant to reduce stress, relieve tense muscles, muscle fatigue, stimulate lymphatic drainage or exfoliate the skin. As a result, a few guests may experience a variety of symptoms following a spa treatment including, but not limited to: soreness, skin redness, minor bruising and/or slight rash.

Conveniently located next to the Spa, our childcare facility is open 7 days a week. Ask the Spa staff for further details regarding this service.
Our Spa is located within a full facility health club and amidst our beautiful outdoor 25-meter pool. These facilities are available to Spa guests for a nominal fee. Facilities include complete and separate locker rooms including hot tub, steam room, sauna.
