Initial Log In Steps:
User Name : Your Member Number
Password : Last name
If you cannot log in using your last name, you may have changed your password
For example, your username should look like:1234-1 or 0123-1, or 0012-1
Your Username needs to be your 4 digit member number with your record number appended to it.
If your membership number is only 2 or 3 digits, add zeros in front to make it 4 digits.
You need to add a hypen after the 4 digit membership number followed by your membership record number. This digit represents which record you are in the membership. If you are a single membership, it is always 1. If you are the second person on a couple membership you are a 2. If you are not sure what you are please contact us and we will e-mail your number.
