Mandatory Mondays that include nutrition, motivation, and accountability to achieve your goal. Attend once a week or all three for optimal results.
Mondays at 5:30pm with Adrienne Bacigalupi – Weigh-in/ Discussion/Workout in the hotel meeting room. She has over 17 years of weight loss coaching experience.

Wednesdays at 4:30pm with Jake Shull – High intensity training that includes cycle, resistance bands, and kettlebells

Saturdays at 8:30am with Jake Wade – Circuit training in/outdoor meet in the TRX room
