What is the 100-Hour Club?  A FREE contest that runs from September 1 - December 31 to keep your exercise program consistent!

 

 

 

 

How does it work?

  1. Establish a baseline in September with a fitness evaluation
  2. Log 100 hours of exercise
  3. Re-evaluate in December to record your progress
