The B.A.S.A. Method is the newest wellness/mindfulness practice offered at the Club. ‘Breath, Awareness, Strength and Alignment for supreme body-mind integration’ is the motto.  It combines different movement practices such as yoga, pilates, martial arts and others that will enhance your posture, boost your brainpower and bring you inner peace.  It entails movement and isometric holds, revitalizing breath-work and powerful meditation techniques.
