Holiday Boot Camp -

Are you ready to workout harder and more often than ever? Are you ready to shed a little weight?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are ready for BOOT CAMP.

Saturdays at 6:00 AM

Saturday, Nov. 5- Saturday, Dec. 17.

Workouts on Saturdays will combine cardio, weights, boxing, and more. You must be in decent condition to participate in this program. You must be working out at least 3 times per week and have a healthy body ready to work hard.

Youth Swim Club - Starts September 19

Youth Swim Club: A great workout for kids that are too old for swim lessons yet not interested in the committment of a swim team. Or perhaps kids need an off-season workout to keep up their swim fitness. This class is taught by Rick Niles on Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30pm.
