Youth Swim Club

Youth Swim Club: A great workout for kids that are too old for swim lessons yet not interested in the committment of a swim team. Or perhaps kids need an off-season workout to keep up their swim fitness. This class is taught by Karen Chequer-Pheiffer on Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30pm.

This is an intense diet and exercise program designed to take you to the next level and drop those extra 10 lbs you can't seem to lose. You must be in good health and currently exercise to participate in this program.Workouts are Saturdays at 6am.
