White Group - Must be able to swim 25 meters of freestyle (Max age of 8)

Green Group - Must be able to swim Freestyle, backstrock and one other stroke. Does not have to be perfect. (8-13yrs)

Black Group - (13yr - 20yr old)

Improve your stroke and learn proper technique. Learn how to get a workout swimming safe and effectively. Basic stroke knowledge needed.

The B.A.S.A. Method is the newest wellness/mindfulness practice offered at the Club. ‘Breath, Awareness, Strength and Alignment for supreme body-mind integration’ is the motto.  It combines different movement practices such as yoga, pilates, martial arts and others that will enhance your posture, boost your brainpower and bring you inner peace.  It entails movement and isometric holds, revitalizing breath-work and powerful meditation techniques.
