Masters Swim: An organized lap swim workout with coaching from Rick Niles and Dave Latourette (sub: Karen Chequer-Pfeiffer). Workouts are of various lengths incorporating all strokes. Instruction will be given on stroke technique. This class is free and open to swimmers with some ability to swim 4 main strokes and enough cardio conditioning to swim for 60 minutes. schedule


Aqua Aerobics: A non-impact aerobic and muscle-conditioning workout which takes place in both deep and shallow water. Equipment is used in this class which is provided by the club. Participants are encouraged to bring a water belt for the deep water exercises. Water Belts may be purchased at the front desk or on-line. Aqua aerobics is a great, safe, low impact, high energy workout. schedule
